These trading conditions (the "Terms") apply when you shop at Deluxeclub.com. Deluxeclub.com is owned and operated by VLU Market Ltd. ("VLUMarket"), VAT 322187521, First Floor Black Country House, Rounds Green Road, Oldbury, West Midlands, B69 2DG, United Kingdom.
By accepting the Terms, you indicate that you have read, understood and accepted these.
The agreements are concluded in English and the right of cancellation applies only to private consumers who trade at Deluxeclub.com.
Purchases at Deluxeclub.com
At Deluxeclub.com you can buy a large selection of products with significant saving. You are able to buy only 1 of each product once a month. Any purchases of above 1 item a month will be cancelled. Reservations are made for errors and omissions in prices and descriptions, as well as for sold out items.
When you place an order on Deluxeclub.com, a customer user account is automatically created for you. The account can be accessed at Deluxeclub.com. Here you can always find your orders and your contact information provided to us.
Immediately after the order is placed, an order confirmation is sent to your email address. The order confirmation will also be available in your user account.
All order confirmations are submitted subject to our final approval of your order. If it is not possible to comply with your purchase, we will inform you as soon as possible by email and then return any payment made.
The order confirmation contains an order number to be used for all correspondence with Deluxeclub. All correspondence must be done by email or phone.
You must be at least 18 years of age to be able to make a purchase on Deluxeclub.com.
The prices at Deluxeclub.com are stated in EURO including VAT, but can be excluding delivery costs, which may vary. The freight price can be seen under the individual products, just as it also appears separately in your shopping basket.
Reservations are made for misprints, exchange and price changes and technical errors.
We reserve the right to charge a processing fee. Any fees will always be stated along with the price.
We accept the following payment methods:

Note that Visa Electron cannot be used for subscription creation.
Once you have purchased a product, the money is reserved in your account and will be deducted immediately thereafter. You will receive an email when the product is shipped.
The delivery time is stated on the product page and on the order confirmation. The parcel will be shipped by the shipping method as stated in the order or which you have chosen when ordering. Products are delivered throughout Europe. Delivery terms will also be stated in the order confirmation.
If, unexpectedly, you have not received your package within the delivery deadline, please contact us. Our contact details is stated in the order confirmation and on our webshop.
You have the right to cancel an order without justification within 14 days after receiving the ordered item. If you have purchased several items in the same order, you can choose to cancel some or all items. See more about repayment of delivery costs by cancellation below.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier), gets the goods in physical possession.
If you have ordered several goods in one order and we cannot deliver the goods at the same time, the cancellation deadline starts when you, or another person you have chosen (but not the carrier), will get the last item in physical possession.
If the deadline expires on a public holiday, Saturday, Constitution Day, Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, the deadline is extended to the following working day.
If you wish to cancel or return your purchase, you must notify Deluxeclub by email within 14 days after receiving the parcel. You have to notify us very clearly, that you want to use your right of withdrawal. Our contact information is stated on the order confirmation.
You cannot cancel an item simply by rejecting the parcel or not picking it up, you always have to inform us in advance.
You can use the law's standard withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. The form can be found at the end of these terms.
The cancellation deadline is complied, if you send your notice about your cancellation of the purchase, before the withdrawal period has expired.
Return of goods and return costs
If you regret the purchase of a product, you must return the item to our warehouse without undue delay and within 14 days after you have sent us the cancellation notice. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the expiry of the 14 days.
Our warehouse address is Deluxeclub (c/o NPG Logistik), Industrivej 20D, V. Hassing, 9310 Vodskov, Denmark.
You must pay the return fee yourself. The cost of returning a product is expected to be maximum 40€. Parcels cannot be shipped by demand or without delivery.
Repayment of money by cancellation
When we have received the returned item/items from you at the warehouse, we will refund your credit to your customer account or the credit card used for the purchase (your choice). This will be done as soon as possible after the item have been returned, and no later than 14 days.
In case of cancellation, we will refund any delivery costs, however not if you have purchased several items in the same order and only wish to cancel part of your order. If you have chosen a delivery form that is more expensive than the cheapest form of delivery that we offer, you will not be refunded the additional cost. The fee charged will not be refunded.
If you return an item to the wrong address, e.g. to Deluxeclub’s office address, we will charge 30€ in administration and postage fee, as we will need to forward the parcel to our warehouse. The processing of your return will also take 2-3 weeks more, due to the extra shipping time.
You will only be liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods, due to other handling of the goods than is necessary, to determine the nature of the goods, their characteristics and the manner in which they operate. You must examine the product in the same way as you can and must in a store, but you cannot use the product.
If you have used the product beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature of the goods, properties and the way in which it works, we reserve the right, after a specific assessment in each case, to reduce the repayment or cancel the refund completely.
You must always return the item in the original packaging. You should always make sure the item is securely wrapped when you return it. You carry the risk of the parcel/item yourself, until we have received it at our warehouse. Therefore, also save the postage receipt and possible Track & Trace number.
We give a 2 year warranty according to the sales law. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or fabrication. The complaint does not apply to faults or damage caused by improper operation of the product or if you have caused damage to the product yourself.
If you discover a defect in the product, you must inform Deluxeclub regarding this within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the item. If you inform us within two months after the defect is discovered, the complaint will always be timely. If the refund is justified, we will refund the reasonable and necessary shipping costs.
Initially, you have the right to have the item repaired or replaced. If this cannot be done or if it does not happen within a reasonable time, you can get the money back or get a discount in the price.
You must send the complaint to our customer service at email@example.com - Please state the order number and describe in details what is wrong with the product. You may also have to attach a picture/video that shows the defect.
Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and get a receipt for the shipment. Save the postal receipt with information on freight costs and a possible Track & Trace number.
A complaint about a product purchased at Deluxeclub.com can be filed at The EU Commission's online complaint portal. Complaints are submitted here: http://ec.europa.eu/odr - When submitting a complaint, you must state our email address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Cardholder's liability and liability
From the moment you order a product, however, 14 days from enrollment, your membership will be activated. The subscription is then binding and the cardholder is obliged to pay the membership fee as long as the subscription is in effect. The membership is automatically renewed each month by another month, until terminated.
If your payment card soon expires or has expired, you just have to wait for your subscription period to expire automatically and then use your new payment card for your first subsequent order. Hereby your membership is reactivated and linked to your new payment card. You can also contact our customer service for assistance.
The subscription purchase applies during the statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. The subscription can only be cancelled if it has not been taken into use, cf. the above rules on cardholders' liability and liability.
Processing of personal data
We reserve the right to change the Terms at any time without prior notice to you. The current version of the Terms will always be displayed in connection with the submission of an order.
