Cinnamon Rolls

Super delicious and tasty cinnamon rolls, see the entire recipe here:
for the dough:
  • 4 eggs
  • 175 g of flour flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 500 ml milk, room temperature
  • 125 g butter
  • 2 dl flour, divided
  • 2 tablespoons of dry yeast
  • 125 g butter
  • 400 g of brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cinnamon, ground
  • 150 g of pecan, chopped
  • 500 g of icing sugar
  • 125 g butter
  • 250 ml milk
  • 15 ml almond extract
Here's how you do it:
  • 1. The dough: mix eggs, sugar and salt together in a large bowl. Add milk and butter to the egg mixture.
  • 2. Gently add half the flour. Mix the yeast in and mix thoroughly. Add the rest of the flour and mix well with an electric whisk for approx. 7 min.
  • 3. Put the dough in a greased mold and cover with plastic wrap.
  • 4. Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough to a rectangle (45 x 60 cm).
  • 5. Fill: Spread the butter on the dough and sprinkle with brown sugar, cinnamon and chopped pecans.
  • 6. Roll up and cut into 12 parts. Place on baking paper on plate and bake for approx. 15 minutes and allow to cool.
  • 7. Mix the rollers together while the rollers have cooled. Mix all ingredients in a smooth butter. Spread on the rolls and serve immediately.
