Chocolate Roulade

Ingredients: 
The cake: 
3 eggs
2 dl sugar
3.5 tbsp. cocoa
0.75 dl potato flour
1.5 tsp. baking powder

Fill:

100 g butter
1 egg yolk
2.5 dl icing
1 pinch vanilla powder

 

Procedure:


1. Preheat the oven to 225 degrees.

2. Whisk eggs and sugar together.

3. Add potato flour, cocoa and baking powder and stir together.
4. Pour the dough into a 30x40 shape.
5. Bake for 4-5 minutes.
6. Sprinkle sugar over the cake.

7. Place a baking paper over the cake and gently flip it over and remove the
baking paper.

8. Mix all the ingredients to the filling and then butter it on the cake.
9. Then roll the cake together.

TIP:
Top possibly. the cake with whipped cream or a thick cake cream.
