Chocolate And Marshmallow Rolls

Ingredients: (for 6 people)

 

  • 200 grams of dark or milk chocolate
  • 100 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 100 grams of icing / sugar
  • 10 marshmallows
  • 150 grams of digestive biscuits

 

 
Procedure:

1. Melt the chocolate with the butter. Let it cool for 5 minutes.

2. Add eggs and icing / sugar and mix well.

3. Put the biscuits in a bag and close. Crush the biscuits with a cookie roll or other so that they are well crushed.

4. Cut the marshmallows into small pieces (the size of a 1 penny approx). Mix marshmallows and biscuits with the chocolate.

5. Click a large piece of film and lay it flat on the table. Then place the mixture in a long line on the film and roll together.

6. Place the silver foil around the roll and place in the refrigerator for 12 hours.

7. After 12 hours in the refrigerator, roll it out of the film and cut into small sized sizes. 
 
TIP: 
You can get some pearl sugar or icing on top if you want to make them extra delicious!
