Banana Muffins
Delicious, gluten-free and easy to make, so even the kids can join.
Ingredients:

- 3 eco eggs
- 3 bananas
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 knife. salt
- 1/2 dl coconut sugar
- 50 g. coconut oil
- 120 g.
Procedure:
- 1. Whisk eggs with coconut sugar.
- 2. Mash the bananas.
- 3. Melt the coconut oil / butter.
- 4. Blend the oatmeal lightly into a coarse flour.
- 5. Whisk all ingredients together.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 min. at 180 gr.
