Banana Muffins

Delicious, gluten-free and easy to make, so even the kids can join.

Ingredients:
  • 3 eco eggs
  • 3 bananas
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 knife. salt
  • 1/2 dl coconut sugar
  • 50 g. coconut oil
  • 120 g.


Procedure:

  • 1. Whisk eggs with coconut sugar.
  • 2. Mash the bananas.
  • 3. Melt the coconut oil / butter.
  • 4. Blend the oatmeal lightly into a coarse flour.
  • 5. Whisk all ingredients together.
  • Bake in the oven for 15-20 min. at 180 gr.
